  • 8am–6pm Mon – Fri
    9am–1pm Saturdays and Sundays.

    Tenants will have access 24/7

  • Spec suites range from 1,500–5,000 RSF.

  • Parking and internet are additional costs. Conference room(s) may also be rented for an additional fee.

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Each space has its own kitchen break room. The building also offers showers in the building fitness center.

  • One Downtown is highly accessible with immediate access to I-95 and MacArthur Causeway, The Miami Metromover just one block away and Miami’s Brightline station just a 10 minute walk.

  • CP Group's onsite property management team will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
